Position Overview

As a Flutter Developer, you will own the development, integration, and deployment of our high-performance Android and iOS mobile applications. You will work closely with our existing codebases and collaborate across a full-stack environment, translating complex B2B business requirements into seamless, user-friendly mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Cross-Platform Development: Design, build, and maintain high-quality, reusable, and reliable Flutter applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- API & Backend Integration: Seamlessly integrate RESTful APIs and handle data synchronization between the mobile front-end and our .NET Core backend codebase.
- B2B Logic Implementation: Help architecture and execute complex B2B platform integrations, ensuring smooth data pipelines and secure transactions.
- App Deployment: Manage the complete deployment pipeline, including publishing and updating apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Performance Optimization: Diagnose and fix bugs, optimize app performance (speed, memory usage, and battery consumption), and ensure smooth animations.
- Collaborative Coding:



Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend team members to turn wireframes into pixel-perfect production code.

Required Skills & Qualifications (The "Must-Haves")

- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in professional mobile app development.

Preferred Skills (The "Nice-to-Haves")

- Experience with state management solutions like Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod.
- Familiarity with local storage databases (e.g., Hive, SQLite, or SharedPreferences).
- Solid grasp of Git version control and collaborative workflows (Pull Requests, Code Reviews).
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile automation (e.g., GitHub Actions, Fastlane).
- A keen eye for clean architecture and design patterns (like MVVM or Clean Architecture).
- Core Tech: Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework for full-stack mobile development.
- Backend Exposure: Solid understanding of or hands-on experience working with a .NET Core backend codebase to effectively collaborate on API designs and data schemas.
- API Integration: Proven experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, WebSockets, and asynchronous programming.
- Complex Ecosystems: Experience or strong conceptual understanding of Complex B2B platform integration (e.g., multi-tenant systems, enterprise workflows, or vendor management features).
- Deployment Knowledge: Familiarity with App Store Connect, Google Play Console, code signing, and provisioning profiles.
