Job description:
Role Overview:
We are hiring passionate counselors to guide students for Germany & Europe programs (Masters, Ausbildung, Chance Card, Language Programs).
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Counsel students & parents
- Convert leads into registrations
- Follow up consistently
- Maintain CRM and lead data
- Book meetings and close deals
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam & English
- Good communication & confidence
- Experience in sales/counseling/admission/edtech (preferred)
- Comfortable with 80–100 calls/day
- Target-driven mindset
- Basic computer skills
Salary + Incentives
- Fixed: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000
- Incentives: Based on registrations & revenue
