Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Coach to lead our fitness team and ensure the highest standards of coaching, member engagement, and training performance. The Head Coach will oversee trainers, develop training programs, support member fitness goals, and maintain a inspiring and professional fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and mentor fitness trainers and coaching staff.
- Design and implement effective fitness and functional training programs.
- Conduct member fitness assessments and goal-setting sessions.
- Ensure proper exercise techniques and safety standards are followed.
- Monitor trainer performance and provide regular feedback and development.
- Organize group classes, workshops, and fitness challenges.
- Assist in member retention through excellent customer service and engagement.
- Handle escalated member concerns and provide solutions.




- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the gym floor.
- Coordinate with management regarding operations, staffing, and scheduling.
- Stay updated on industry trends, fitness techniques, and certifications.

Required Qualifications

- Certification in Personal Training / Strength & Conditioning / Functional Training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field preferred.
- Minimum1-5 years of experience in fitness training, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of strength training, cardio, mobility, and injury prevention.
- CPR & First Aid certification preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
