Job Summary:

RKJ Electric is looking for a hands-on Field Site Engineer who will personally stay at the site and execute the work — from survey to handover — across Electrical, CCTV, Audio-Visual, Fire Alarm/Fire Fighting, Acoustics and ELV works in Delhi NCR. This is a 100% field-based role for someone who wants to physically be on ground, get work done with their own hands and team, and report honest progress — not a desk-only or purely supervisory position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Study BOQ, drawings, specifications and work orders; conduct site surveys and prepare a practical execution plan.
- Coordinate confidently with JE, AE, Executive Engineer, client representatives and consultants.
- Lead technicians and subcontractors — allocate work, check quality, and prevent rework.
- Plan material requirements and independently purchase urgent items within approved limits.
- Supervise installation, testing and commissioning across CCTV, AV, fire, acoustics,



electrical and networking systems.
- Solve routine site problems independently; escalate safety, design, cost or contractual issues promptly.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site diaries, test records, measurement sheets and handover documentation.
- Uphold safety, quality and professional conduct at government, corporate and institutional sites.

Key Requirements:

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Civil, or Fire & Safety.
- 4–8 years of experience in Electrical/ELV/CCTV project execution.
- Strong understanding of CCTV, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Networking, or Audio-Visual systems.
- Ability to read BOQ, AutoCAD drawings, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.
