We’re Hiring: Site Engineer

​We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our ongoing residential projects. If you have a sharp eye for technical compliance, a passion for high-quality construction, and the ability to manage in office operations effectively, we want to hear from you.

​Key Responsibilities:

- ​Site Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure work aligns with architectural drawings and structural designs.
- ​Quality Control: Maintain rigorous standards for materials and workmanship, ensuring the highest quality of construction.
- ​Project Scheduling: Coordinate with contractors and labor teams to ensure milestones are met on time.
- ​Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports, material reconciliation statements, and site logs.
- ​Safety Compliance:



Ensure all on-site activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- ​Vendor Coordination: Assist in the measurement and verification of bills for contractors and suppliers.

​Required Qualifications:

- ​Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- ​Experience: 2–5 years of experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
- ​Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, understanding BOM, RCC structures, and knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Office.
- ​Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹42,281.26 per month
