We are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Junior Accountant to join our Accounts team. Freshers are welcome to apply, as complete on-the-job training will be provided. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn accounting processes, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in day-to-day accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries in accounting software.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, bills, and other financial documents.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.
- Verify bills and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Maintain files and records related to accounting transactions.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment-related queries.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense reports.
- Perform data entry with accuracy and ensure proper documentation.
- Carry out any other accounting or administrative tasks assigned by the Accounts Manager.
Eligibility
- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime or other accounting software will be an added advantage.
