Job description:

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Overall Project Management – Lead the end-to-end execution of road/highway projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Project Planning & Scheduling – Prepare project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and monitor critical milestones.
- Team Leadership – Supervise and coordinate with engineers, site staff, contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth operations.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination – Liaise with government authorities (NHAI, PWD, etc.), consultants, and clients for project updates, approvals, and compliance.
- Budget & Cost Control – Monitor project budgets, control expenses, track BOQ, and certify contractor/vendor bills.
- Quality & Safety Oversight – Enforce quality assurance procedures and safety compliance as per MORTH/IRC standards.
- Risk Management – Identify execution risks, delays, and challenges; implement corrective measures in coordination with senior management.




- Contract & Documentation Management – Oversee contracts, subcontractor management, project correspondence, approvals, and progress documentation.
- Progress Reporting – Generate periodic MIS reports, work schedules, and progress charts for internal and client updates.
- Regulatory & Environmental Compliance – Ensure all works meet legal, environmental, and project-specific norms.

Requirements:

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in road/highway/infra projects
- Solid knowledge of highway construction standards (IRC/MORTH)
- Must be willing to work at any location.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
