Eligibility Plus Two / Degree (Freshers can apply) Good communication skills in Malayalam (English/Hindi is an added advantage) Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet) Customer handling and telecalling skills Ability to work as part of a team Preferred Skills Sales or customer service experience is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
