About the Role

Roof & Realms is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Design & Execution Manager who can manage projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative designs, selecting materials, coordinating with clients and vendors, and supervising on-site execution to ensure every project is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning

* Meet clients to understand their requirements, budget, and preferences.
* Prepare concept designs, space planning, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.
* Develop interior and exterior design concepts for modular homes, farmhouses, resorts, offices, and commercial projects.
* Prepare detailed working drawings for execution.

Material Selection

* Recommend and finalize finishes, flooring, laminates, veneers, paints, sanitaryware, lighting, furniture, doors, windows, and hardware.
* Prepare mood boards and material samples for client approval.
* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and timely availability of materials.

Project Execution

* Conduct regular site visits and supervise ongoing work.
* Ensure execution is as per approved drawings and company quality standards.
* Coordinate with civil, fabrication, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior teams.
* Resolve on-site design and execution challenges.

Project Coordination

* Prepare BOQs and material estimates.
* Track project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.
* Coordinate with procurement and project teams for smooth execution.
* Maintain daily and weekly project progress reports.

Client Management

* Present designs and material options to clients.
* Manage client approvals and design revisions.




* Provide regular project updates and ensure a positive customer experience.

Quality Control

* Inspect workmanship and finishing quality.
* Ensure compliance with company standards and project specifications.
* Prepare snag lists and monitor rectification before project handover.

Required Skills

* Solid knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
* Excellent understanding of site execution and project coordination.
* BOQ preparation and material estimation.
* Vendor and contractor management.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Software Skills

* AutoCAD
* SketchUp
* Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray
* Microsoft Excel
* Microsoft PowerPoint
* Photoshop (preferred)

Qualification

* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
* 3–6 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, or modular construction projects.

Preferred Experience

* Modular construction or LGSF projects.
* Luxury villas, vacation homes, resorts, and commercial interiors.
* Client-facing design and project execution.
