Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer with 5–7 years of software development experience, including 3+ years of hands-on Flutter development, to build high-performance, scalable, and visually appealing cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, mobile architecture, API integration, state management, and application performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following clean architecture principles.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Backend Developers to deliver high-quality applications.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Implement responsive UI components with pixel-perfect designs.
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and startup time.
- Write unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior Flutter developers.
- Ensure application security and follow mobile development best practices.
- Publish and maintain applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases and mobile development trends.

Required SkillsMust-Have Skills

- 5–7 years of software development experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter.
- Strong programming experience in Dart.
- Experience developing applications for both Android and iOS.
- Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, animations, navigation, and custom UI development.




- Experience with State Management:
- Provider

- GetX (any one or more)
- Experience integrating REST APIs and JSON parsing.
- Knowledge of Firebase services:
- Authentication
- Firestore
- Cloud Messaging (FCM)
- Crashlytics
- Analytics
- Experience with local databases such as SQLite or Hive.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming (Future, Streams).
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Knowledge of mobile application architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Robust debugging and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise.
- Experience with Push Notifications.
- Experience working with WebSockets.
- Familiarity with GraphQL.
- Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) is an advantage.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience is also considered.

Good to Have

- Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Experience with payment gateway integration.
- Experience with Google Maps and location services.
- Knowledge of app security and data encryption.
- Exposure to AI-powered mobile features is an added advantage.
