We work on diverse projects ranging from simple information systems and websites to complex enterprise type architectures, desktop or web-enabled applications, traditional n-tier and service-oriented architectures.

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Software Tester who can independently handle application testing, bug tracking, coordination with developers, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good command of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications
- Identify, report, and track bugs/issues in the system
- Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test reports
- Coordinate with developers to resolve bugs and ensure quality delivery
- Conduct regression testing after bug fixes or feature updates
- Maintain testing data and reports in Excel sheets (training will be provided)
- Participate in requirement understanding and provide feedback from a QA perspective
- Submit daily testing status reports in a fixed format

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 0–2 years of experience in Software Testing / QA / IT Support roles
- Basic knowledge of manual testing concepts (test cases, bug lifecycle, regression testing)
- Good MS Excel skills (filters, formatting, basic formulas)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to identify edge cases
- Basic understanding of web/mobile applications
- Good communication skills (Hindi, Marathi + English preferred)
- Ability to manage tasks, follow structured workflows, and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills (Add-ons)

- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or API testing
- Exposure to automation testing tools (Selenium, etc.)
- Understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
- Experience with Google Sheets / documentation tools

- Ensure thorough testing before feature releases
- Timely reporting of bugs and test results
- Maintain accurate and structured testing documentation
- Collaborate effectively with development and product teams
- Follow testing timelines and deliver quality output

Compensation

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
(Salary will be based on skills, experience, and performance during the interview.)
