Job Summary

We are hiring a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to manage employee payroll processing, salary records, attendance coordination, and payroll compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have good numerical ability, confidentiality, and knowledge of payroll procedures.

This role is suitable for experienced candidates interested in building a career in payroll, HR operations, and employee administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Process monthly employee payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and salary records
- Calculate salaries, incentives, deductions, overtime, and reimbursements
- Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for payroll activities
- Generate payroll reports and maintain payroll documentation
- Verify employee data and update payroll records regularly
- Support employee salary queries and payroll-related concerns




- Maintain confidentiality of employee and salary information
- Ensure timely processing of joining, exit, and final settlement records
- Assist in payroll audits and reporting activities

Requirements

- Graduation in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Basic knowledge of payroll process and salary structure
- Good understanding of MS Excel and MS Office
- Solid numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
