Telecaller Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to contact prospective customers, explain DigitalBot.ai's AI Voice Assistant Platform, and convert leads into paying customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with inbound and outbound leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate DigitalBot.ai solution.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits over phone calls.
- Schedule product demonstrations for interested customers.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical team for customer onboarding.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (mandatory).




- Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or Sales Executive.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
