Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Site Engineer to independently manage the execution of industrial construction projects involving civil works and structural steel fabrication/erection. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, contractor coordination, and ensuring timely completion of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently supervise and execute industrial civil construction activities.
- Monitor RCC works, foundations, flooring, masonry, finishing, and other civil works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate structural steel fabrication, dispatch, erection, alignment, and final inspection.
- Ensure work is executed in accordance with quality, safety, and project standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, fabricators, consultants, suppliers, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Verify work quantities, maintain measurement records, and check contractor bills.
- Monitor daily progress, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and material consumption.




- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure timely completion of project activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in industrial construction projects.
- Hands-on experience in civil construction and structural steel fabrication/erection.
- Ability to independently handle site execution and contractor management.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Apply Candidates only currently residing in Gujarat or willing to work in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
