We are looking for a dedicated Insurance Executive to handle insurance-related processes in the hospital. The candidate will coordinate with patients, insurance companies, TPAs, and internal departments for smooth claim processing, approvals, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cashless and reimbursement insurance processes for patients
- Coordinate with insurance companies and TPA teams for approvals
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and policy details
- Prepare and submit pre-authorization documents
- Follow up on claim approvals, denials, and pending cases
- Maintain accurate patient insurance records and documentation
- Coordinate with billing, pharmacy, and medical departments
- Assist patients and attenders regarding insurance procedures
- Ensure timely submission of claims and required reports
- Resolve insurance-related queries and discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and insurance information
Required Skills
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance and TPA processes
- Documentation and file management skills
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Experience in hospital insurance or billing department preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare operations is an added advantage
