Employment Type: Full-Time : Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Professor to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, passion for teaching, and a commitment to research and student development in the field of Commerce. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver lectures and conduct tutorials for undergraduate and/or postgraduate Commerce courses such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Law, Economics, Banking, Insurance, and Management subjects.
- Develop course materials, lesson plans, and syllabi in accordance with the curriculum.
- Evaluate and grade students' assignments, exams, and projects.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and career pursuits.
- Conduct original research and contribute to the field through publications in reputed journals.
- Participate in departmental and college committees, seminars, and events.




- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Commerce.
- Assist in accreditation, audits, and academic quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues for inter-disciplinary teaching and research.

Qualifications:

- Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com) or equivalent from a recognized university, BMM
- Experience:
- Prior teaching experience at the college level is preferred

Desirable Skills:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Solid command over subject matter.
- Proficiency in using ICT tools for teaching.
- Research aptitude with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Team player with a professional and ethical approach to academia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
