Job Title : Manager / Sr. Manager – Bidding & Tender

Experience: 11+ years in Bidding, Tendering, Pre-Sales, and Government/Enterprise procurement

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager / Sr.Manager– Bidding, Tender & Presales to lead our proposal development, tender submissions, and presales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in both GEM (Government e-Marketplace) and Non-GEM bidding across government and private sectors, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of winning competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities

Bidding & Tender Management

- Lead end-to-end tender and bid lifecycle — from identification to submission and clarification.
- Analyze RFPs, RFQs, EOI, and other tender documents to develop compliant and competitive proposals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, legal, finance, delivery, technical, procurement) to prepare high-quality submissions.
- Ensure tender compliance with all regulatory, financial, and technical requirements.

Government e-Marketplace (GEM) & Non-GEM Procurement

- Manage and drive bids through GEM portal, including product/service catalog management, bid submissions, negotiation, and order finalization.




- Handle Non-GEM government procurement channels (central/state tender portals, offline bids).
- Maintain updated knowledge of government procurement policies, compliance norms, and eligibility criteria.

Presales Strategy & Support

- Provide strategic presales support — solutioning, pricing, competitive analysis, value proposition development.
- Prepare compelling presentations, pitch documents, RFP responses, and sales proposals.
- Engage with clients for clarifications, presentations, and pre-bid meetings.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as a key liaison with government agencies, clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Build robust relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams.
- Collaborate with sales leadership for pipeline development and bid prioritization.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

- Lead and mentor the tendering/bidding/presales team.
- Develop processes, templates, and best practices to improve bid success rates.
- Track performance metrics; report on bid outcomes and market intelligence.
