Job Description – Store Executive

Position: Store Executive

Reporting To: Store In-charge

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete material inward and outward activities.
- Receive materials and verify quantity against PO, Invoice and Delivery Challan.
- Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and maintain proper records.
- Issue raw materials, consumables, tools and spares to production against authorized requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
- Ensure proper binning, tagging, coding and storage of materials.
- Follow FIFO system for material issuance.
- Monitor minimum, maximum and reorder stock levels to avoid shortages.
- Conduct daily/monthly physical stock verification and reconcile differences with ERP records.
- Maintain records of Raw Material, WIP, Finished Goods, Consumables and Machine Spares.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Accounts departments.
- Maintain inward/outward registers, gate passes,



material issue slips and returnable/non-returnable records.
- Identify and report slow-moving, non-moving and excess inventory.
- Maintain proper records and control of scrap and rejected material.
- Support internal and external stock audits.
- Maintain 5S, housekeeping and safety standards in the store.
