Job Description
- Closely working with Business Analysts and project leaders to review and implement business requirements.
- Taking end to end ownership of deliverables by understanding the business needs and identifying the scope.
- Getting involved in design, development and performing unit test cases.
- Monitoring Application health (keeping track of quality and performance of modules) by debugging server logs, keeping track of memory and disk usage of server, identifying, and optimizing long running scripts.
- Training and Mentoring team members by providing technical guidance, sharing relevant knowledge and experience.
Requirements
- B.Tech./B.E./MCA/PGDAC.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in building highly scalable web application.
- Knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate and JavaScript.
- Excellent database and SQL Query writing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to go an extra mile to deliver things right and fast.
- Self-motivated and ability to work as a part of the team.
- Thorough, methodical and logical approach towards problem solving.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a quick-paced environment.
