Job Responsibilities:

- Maintenance and troubleshooting of:
- DG (Diesel Generator)
- Air Compressor Systems
- Cooling Towers
- Fire Pump Room Equipment
- STP (Sewage Treatment Plant)
- Plumbing Systems
- Electrical Systems
- Substation & Transformer Maintenance
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth utility operations with minimum downtime.
- Monitor utility equipment performance and maintain service records.
- Follow safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of utility maintenance systems
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Preventive maintenance practices
- Basic understanding of safety protocols
- Team handling and coordination skills preferred

Qualification:

- Diploma / BE in Electrical / Mechanical or relevant field

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
