Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our daily financial operations and accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, managing GST and TDS filings, and ensuring full compliance with accounting standards.

If you have hands-on experience in Tally/Busy, tax compliance, bank reconciliation, and routine financial reporting, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily bookkeeping, ledger accounting, and journal entries.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely invoices, payments, and collections.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and verify transaction accuracy.
- Prepare and process GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS calculation/deduction, and ensure timely statutory payments.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.
- Prepare basic financial statements, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
- Coordinate with external auditors and CA teams for annual audits and tax filings.
- Maintain accurate documentation, physical vouchers, and digital financial records.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master’s Degree (M.Com/MBA in Finance).
- 2–5 years of proven experience as an Accountant or Accounts Executive.

Experience working in corporate accounting or IT/service sector managing:

- Invoicing and client billing
- Vendor payout management
- Tax audit preparations
- Payroll processing assistance
