Day to Day Responsibility of our Engineer:

- Project Planning and Scheduling: This involves creating detailed project schedules that outline each phase of the project, including the initiation, execution, and closure phases. The planners determine the resources and time required for each phase and set realistic timelines.
- Resource Allocation: Identifying the necessary resources for projects, including materials, manpower, and equipment, and ensuring these are available when needed to avoid delays.
- Risk Management: Conducting risk assessments to identify potential issues impacting the project timeline or budget. Planning engineers develop mitigation strategies to address these risks proactively.




- Cost Control involves monitoring project expenditures and ensuring that the project remains within the financial boundaries set during the planning phase. This team works to predict potential financial overruns and implement cost-saving measures.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring the project's output meets the required standards and specifications. They implement quality control processes to maintain these standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. They provide updates on project progress and any planned schedule or budget changes.
- Performance Reporting: Preparing detailed reports on the project's progress against its scheduled milestones and budgets. These reports help make informed decisions to align the project with its goals.
- Compliance and Safety: Planning engineers ensure that all project activities comply with legal standards and safety regulations. They play a crucial role in maintaining a safe working environment.

Location and commitments:

· Working hours – Mon to Sat – 6 days (9hr Working Culture)

· For Weekends, we work 6 days a week, Sundays are off. 2nd Saturday off

Experience:

2-6 years

Education:

· Mechanical Engineering B.E, B.Tech or Diploma (Must)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
