Job Description

We are hiring a agile Telecaller to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and support our sales team in closing property deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Handle inbound inquiries about flats, plots, and layouts
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers clearly
- Schedule site visits and follow up with interested clients
- Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets
- Achieve daily and weekly targets





Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling / sales
- Good communication skills in English (Kannada/Hindi is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
