We are looking for a Field Collection Executive responsible for visiting customers to collect overdue payments, conducting PD (Personal Discussion) for customer assessment, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit customers/clients to collect outstanding payments as per assigned cases
- Conduct PD (Personal Discussion/Profile Discussion) with customers for verification and assessment
- Follow up with customers for due payments through field visits and calls
- Maintain accurate records of collections, PD reports, and receipts
- Update daily activity and collection reports to the reporting manager
- Handle customer queries related to outstanding dues




- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution

Required Skills:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
