La Posh Interiors is looking for a skilled and reliable Curtain & Blinds Installer to join our growing team. If you have experience in measuring, installing, and finishing window treatments with precision and professionalism, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

- Visit project sites to take accurate measurements for curtains and blinds.
- Install curtain rods, tracks, blinds, ring curtains, motorized blinds, and other window treatment systems.
- Ensure all installations are level, secure, and professionally finished.
- Handle drilling, wall mounting, ceiling mounting, and hardware fixing safely.
- Coordinate with the interior design team and clients to schedule installations.
- Inspect products before installation and report any defects or shortages.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor installation issues on-site.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure the work area is clean after installation.
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.

Requirements

- Previous experience installing curtains, blinds, or other window furnishing systems.
- Valuable knowledge of manual and power tools.
- Ability to read measurements and installation drawings.
- Experience installing curtain tracks, rods, roller blinds, zebra blinds, Roman blinds, Venetian blinds, vertical blinds,



and motorized systems is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and comfortable working on ladders.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
- Punctual, responsible, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–5 years of relevant installation experience.
- Experience working on residential apartments, villas, and commercial interiors.
- Basic electrical knowledge for motorized blind installations is an added advantage.
