Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Shift & Branch In-Charge to oversee daily transport operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth shift management, supervising branch staff, maintaining operational compliance, and upholding service quality standards. This role demands excellent leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage all branch and shift operations to ensure timely and effective transport activities.

· Coordinate the daily schedules, workflows, and resource allocation for drivers, vehicles, and support staff.

· Monitor adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

· Maintain comprehensive operational records, reports, and performance metrics.

· Train,



mentor, and evaluate shift and branch staff for optimal performance and professional growth.

· Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, transport issues, and escalation management.

· Identify operational bottlenecks, analyze performance trends, and implement corrective actions.

· Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of fleet, inventory, and branch infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience in transport, logistics, or operations management, preferably in a supervisory capacity.

· Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of inspiring staff across multiple shifts.

· Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of transport regulations, safety standards, and operational compliance requirements.

· Proficiency in transport management systems and standard office software.

Educational Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
