About the Role: We are looking for a result-oriented, resilient Recovery Field Executive to join our collections team. In this role, you will handle on-field customer visits to negotiate and recover outstanding dues while maintaining professional compliance and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Visits: Conduct daily visits to customer locations (residential/commercial) to follow up on overdue accounts.
- Payment Negotiation: Firmly yet professionally negotiate mutually agreeable payment terms and collect outstanding amounts.
- Customer Tracing: Track down and locate customers who have changed their addresses or contact details.
- Reporting:
Maintain daily logs of field visits and securely deposit collected funds at the branch office.
Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma / Graduate.
- 1+ years of experience in field collections, banking recovery, or customer-facing field sales.
- Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driver’s license. Plus DRA Certificate
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Thorough knowledge of local geographical routes and fluency in the local language.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
