Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Enterprise Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in Python, Cloud Technologies, AI/ML, and Enterprise Platform Engineering. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable cloud-native applications, drive automation initiatives, build AI-powered enterprise solutions, and mentor engineering teams. This role requires strong architectural thinking, hands-on coding, DevOps expertise, and practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and cloud automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Architect and deploy cloud-native solutions across AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for automated provisioning.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, and automated deployment practices.
- Build and optimize AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
- Develop cloud automation and orchestration frameworks to improve operational efficiency.
- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy workloads on Kubernetes.
- Drive architectural decisions, enforce design standards, and ensure system scalability and reliability.
- Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
- Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and secure application design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

-Core Technical Skills

- 10+ years of software engineering experience.




- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python backend development.
- Strong experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
- Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
- Strong knowledge of REST API development and enterprise integrations.
- Practical experience implementing LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of scalable system architecture and design patterns.
- Experience leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and conducting code reviews.
- Good understanding of cloud security principles including IAM, encryption, and secure deployments.

-Preferred Skills

- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI/ML frameworks.
- Knowledge of predictive scaling, anomaly detection, and AI-driven automation.
- Experience with Django or Flask.
- Strong understanding of serverless and event-driven architectures using AWS Lambda and Azure Functions.
- Experience building SDKs, reusable frameworks, or internal developer platforms.
- Data engineering or large-scale data processing experience.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus and Datadog.
- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
- Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
