Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor shop floor machinery and equipment.
- Assist in production and assembly processes.
- Ensure smooth operation of machines with minimum downtime.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of machines and report issues to supervisors.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Support maintenance and quality teams during inspections and audits.
- Ensure cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Freshers can apply.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and in shifts if required.




- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of machine operations and industrial safety.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with production tools and equipment is an added advantage.
