Office Boy / Pantry Boy – Job Description

Position: Office Boy / Pantry Boy
Location: Noida
Department: Administration / Facilities

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry and office premises.
- Wash and arrange cups, glasses, utensils, and pantry equipment.
- Refill pantry supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, water bottles, and disposable items.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
- Handle office errands, courier dispatch, and collection of documents.
- Support meeting room setup and serve refreshments during meetings.
- Ensure drinking water dispensers and pantry appliances are clean and functional.
- Dispose of waste and maintain proper housekeeping standards.
- Perform other office support tasks assigned by the Admin or Facility Manager.

Requirements





- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (12th preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in office support or pantry services.
- Good communication and polite behavior.
- Punctual, honest, and responsible.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Physically fit and willing to perform routine office duties.

Working Hours

- 8-hour shift
- 26 working days per month
- Weekly off as per company policy.
