HR Recruitment Specialist (End to End IT Recruitment)

The HR Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions within the organization. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and attract top talent to fill open positions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract IT professionals
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the selection process
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on IT recruitment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities
