About the Role

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and experienced Social Media Team Leader to manage and lead our social media team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and online presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the social media team.
- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies.
- Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Manage and grow social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and WhatsApp Channels.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Respond to audience queries and manage online reputation.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns.
- Ensure all content aligns with the organization's brand guidelines and objectives.
- Train and guide team members to improve productivity and creativity.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience in leading a team.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Excellent communication and content planning skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools.
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video content creation.
