Implement ESG Strategy Across Plants and

a) Deploy and operationalize the organization’s ESG strategy across manufacturing plants and support functions

b) Align site-level initiatives with corporate sustainability goals and targets

c) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ESG practices into business

Manage BRSR / ESG Reporting and Disclosures (SEBI), Coordinate ESG Data Collection Across Multiple Plants

a) Coordinate with plants/offices for Collation of data in Software, regular coordination at location level (Plant and offices), data validation, lead end-to-end preparation of BRSR and other ESG disclosures in line with regulatory requirements

b) Support in BRSR Assurance as prescribed by SEBI.

c) Coordinate with vendors for BRSR core data, training and collection of data through software or google forms

d) Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely data collection and validation.

Compliance & Governance

a) Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to emissions, waste management, water, and energy usage [IG1]

b) Maintain required permits, licenses, and statutory[IG2] records

c)



Liaise with regulatory authorities and support audits and inspections[IG3]

Track Plant-Level ESG KPI

a) Monitor key sustainability metrics such as energy intensity, GHG emissions, water consumption, and waste generation

b) Develop and maintain dashboards for performance tracking and reporting

c) Analyze trends and drive corrective actions for performance improvement

Drive Decarbonization and Resource Efficiency

a) Identify and implement projects to reduce carbon emissions and improve energy efficiency

b) Promote resource optimization through waste reduction, recycling, and water conservation initiative

c) Support adoption of renewable energy and low-carbon technologies[IG4]

Handle OEM ESG Requirements,

Audits, and Scorecards

a) Manage customer-specific ESG requirements and ensure compliance with OEM standards

b) Track and improve ESG performance based on OEM scorecards and feedback
