Heritage Girls School is looking for a skilled and passionate Bakery Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing a variety of baked products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare fresh bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, muffins, and other baked products.
- Develop and maintain consistent recipes and product quality.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area.
- Monitor inventory and inform the management about stock requirements.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for daily production and special events.

Requirements

- Diploma or certification in Bakery & Confectionery is preferred.




- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bakery Chef or Baker.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Creativity and attention to detail.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
