Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven sales professionals with experience in mobile/telecom retail to drive store performance, lead teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets
- Oversee daily store operations, inventory management, and reporting
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to enhance performance
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in retail sales (preferably mobile/telecom)
- Graduate with solid communication and leadership abilities
- Customer-centric approach with solid product knowledge
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
