Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical F&B; Controller to manage cost control, inventory, and financial efficiency for our club/fine dining operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in food & beverage cost management, inventory systems, and vendor coordination within premium hospitality environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control food & beverage costs to ensure profitability targets are met.
- Conduct regular inventory audits (daily/weekly/monthly) and variance analysis.
- Track stock movement, wastage, pilferage, and implement control measures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports (Food Cost %, Beverage Cost %, etc.).
- Work closely with chefs and outlet managers to optimize menu costing and pricing.
- Ensure standard recipes and portion controls are followed.
- Manage vendor coordination, purchase orders, and goods receiving processes.
- Verify invoices and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems (e.g., POS, ERP tools).
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.




- Ensure compliance with internal audit, hygiene, and operational standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Robust knowledge of F&B; cost control principles and inventory management.
- Proficiency in Excel and hospitality software (POS/ERP systems).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Commerce, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience as F&B; Controller / Cost Controller in clubs, hotels, or fine dining restaurants.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in luxury clubs, high-end restaurants, or premium hospitality brands.
- Strong understanding of menu engineering and recipe costing.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation

- Competitive salary + performance incentives (as per industry standards)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
