Major Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other digital channels.
- Support in keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Learn and apply best practices in digital marketing, analytics, and optimization strategies.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to develop effective ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in performance marketing.

Required Skills:-

- Basic understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and digital marketing concepts.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
