Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets through direct field sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit potential customers and clients in the assigned territory to promote products or services.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Present products, explain features, and provide suitable solutions based on customer needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify current sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.




- Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager.

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Experience:

- 2+ years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or B2B/B2C sales.

Additional Requirements:

- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
