We are on the lookout for a talented Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads Focus) to help us scale our paid campaigns and drive high-quality leads, sales, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads: Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).

Conduct keyword research and implement effective audience targeting strategies.

Write and test ad copy with A/B testing to find the highest-performing ads.

Manage budgets, bids, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.

Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and continuously optimize campaigns.





Set up and manage conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4).

Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

3-4 years of hands-on performance marketing / Google Ads experience.

Strong understanding of campaign structure and bidding strategies.

Ability to interpret data and optimize for ROI.

Experience running campaigns for healthcare (clinics, hospitals) is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.70 - ₹45,000.40 per month
