- Field Visits: Visit subscriber locations daily to collect chit installments on schedule.
- Payment Collection: Collect cash, cheques, or digital payments and issue official receipts immediately.
- Overdue Recovery: Follow up on missed installments through calls and personal field visits.
- Guarantor Contact: Reach out to sureties or guarantors when primary subscribers default on payments.
- Cash Deposit: Hand over all daily cash and cheque collections to the branch daily.
- Passbook Updates: Update subscriber passbooks and maintain daily collection registers accurately.
- Daily Reporting: Submit daily collection summaries and status reports to the Branch Manager.
- Compliance: Follow Chit Fund Act guidelines and ethical recovery practices strictly.
- Field Travel: Travel designated local routes regularly using a personal two-wheeler vehicle.
