NELTAS is a leading education firm seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Excel, Google Forms, and online meeting tools, and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the company.

We are looking for the candidate ready to commute to Mulund 400080

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update data in Excel spreadsheets related to NELTAS exams work.

- Create and manage Google Forms.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing and organizing paperwork, managing calendars and schedules.

- Provide support to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

- 1-2 years of experience in a back-office role, preferably in an educational environment.





- Strong proficiency in Excel, including experience with formulae, pivot tables, and data analysis.

- Familiarity with Google Forms, online meeting tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams, and other online collaboration tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Positive attitude and commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and customer service.

- Residing in Central Suburbs of Mumbai is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
