Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Senior E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling e-commerce platforms, increasing sales, managing product listings, and ensuring smooth online operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.)
- Create and optimize product listings (title, description, images, keywords)
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue
- Handle inventory planning and coordination with warehouse/dispatch team
- Manage online promotions, discounts, and campaign planning
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with digital marketing team for SEO, ads,



and campaigns
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and order-related issues
- Generate daily/weekly sales and performance reports

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
- Positive understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Candidate Profile

- Graduate (BBA) or Post Graduate (MBA in IB / Operations / Marketing)
- 3–4 years of relevant e-commerce experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
