As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of application support processes, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of application support strategies to enhance system performance.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- Strong understanding of web application development and deployment processes.
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging applications in a production environment.
- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
