Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Assistant Manager with 4–5 years of experience in sourcing and managing vendors for electrical equipment, warehousing tools, office furniture, and electronic devices. The role requires strong expertise in vendor management, cost optimization, and timely procurement execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Vendor Database Management Build and maintain a robust vendor database across categories, ensuring diversity, reliability, and compliance.
- Rate Card Development Create and update itemized rate cards for procurement in in-house applications to streamline purchase processes.
- Cost Optimization Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality, leveraging negotiation and market benchmarking.
- Timely Deliveries Ensure procurement cycles are completed within defined timelines, coordinating closely with vendors and internal teams.
- Payment Follow-ups Execute strong follow-up mechanisms to ensure vendors receive timely payments,



maintaining healthy business relationships.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of electrical equipment, warehousing tools, office furniture, and electronic devices.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proven ability in cost optimization and budget control.
- Robust organizational skills with a focus on time-bound deliveries.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in procurement software and in-house applications.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- 4–5 years of relevant procurement experience.
- Exposure to ERP systems or procurement management tools preferred.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
