### Job Summary

AE Global Group is looking for an experienced *B2C Education Counsellor* to guide students seeking international education opportunities. The candidate should have strong counselling and sales skills, knowledge of overseas admissions, and a proven ability to convert student leads into successful admissions.

### Key Responsibilities

* Counsel students and parents regarding study-abroad opportunities.

* Understand students’ academic profiles, career goals, budgets, and preferred destinations.

* Recommend suitable countries, universities, and programmes.

* Manage inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.

* Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads into applications and admissions.

* Assist students with applications, documentation, and admission procedures.

* Coordinate with admissions, documentation, and visa teams.

* Maintain accurate student records and update activities in the CRM.

* Achieve monthly admission, conversion, and revenue targets.

* Stay updated on university requirements,



scholarships, visa regulations, and industry trends.

* Participate in education fairs, webinars, seminars, and promotional events when required.

### Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Master’s degree preferred.

* 2–3 years of experience in overseas education counselling, EdTech, education consulting, or B2C admissions.

* Proven experience in achieving admission and revenue targets.

* Strong communication, counselling, negotiation, and convincing skills.

* Knowledge of study destinations such as the UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, USA, and Europe.

* Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

* Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.

### Working Hours

*Monday to Friday:* 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

*Saturday:* As per company policy
