- College Graduate and preferably from collection background
- Minimum experience required is 3 years (at least a year in supervisory role).
- Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
- Knowledge of MS office and basic computer operations
- Valuable listening and responding skills
- Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities
- Should be target oriented and have great interpersonal skills
- Should not be pursuing any regular course/Educational program which may conflict with the work timing
- Should display exemplary leadership skills
- Knowledge of any regional language would be an added advantage
- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver performance as per the industry standards
