We are looking for a proactive, organized, and confident Telecaller cum Supply Chain Executive to join our team. This role combines customer communication with supply chain coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and basic knowledge of inventory and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Procurement

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with existing and new suppliers for raw materials and products.

⁠ ⁠Source products from multiple vendors and obtain quotations.

⁠ ⁠Compare prices, quality, delivery timelines and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and favorable terms.

⁠ ⁠Place purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up until delivery.

⁠ ⁠Maintain strong relationships with vendors and identify new sourcing opportunities.

Inventory Management

⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of inward and outward inventory.

⁠ ⁠Track stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.

⁠ ⁠Monitor damaged, defective, and missing inventory and coordinate with suppliers for replacements or claims.

⁠ ⁠Ensure inventory records are updated and organized.

Customer Support & Telecalling

⁠ ⁠Contact customers who have placed orders on our website to confirm orders, provide updates, and resolve concerns.

⁠ ⁠Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp queries professionally.

⁠ ⁠Assist customers with product information,



order status, and after-sales support.

⁠ ⁠Coordinate returns, replacements, and refunds while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

⁠ ⁠Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Required Skills

⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

⁠ ⁠Strong negotiation and vendor coordination skills.

⁠ ⁠Good telephone etiquette and customer handling ability.

⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.

Preferred Qualifications

⁠ ⁠Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Business background preferred).

⁠ ⁠1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.

⁠ ⁠Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
