IMARISE is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale lead generation campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.

This role is best suited for someone with a robust understanding of paid advertising, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and conversion tracking. We are looking for someone who has consistently delivered quality leads and measurable business outcomes across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
- Work closely with the creative team to improve ad performance.
- Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights.





Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven experience generating qualified leads across B2B or B2C campaigns.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets efficiently and improve campaign performance.
- Experience in landing page optimization and lead funnel analysis is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Ads Certification or Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts.
- Experience in e-commerce or service-based lead generation.

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
