About the Role

DigitalVia Technologies is looking for a responsible, punctual, and hardworking Office Boy to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, organized, and willing to assist with office maintenance and administrative support.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
- Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials when required.
- Arrange meeting rooms before client or team meetings.
- Purchase office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Support basic office maintenance and housekeeping activities.
- Assist staff with day-to-day office tasks.




- Ensure office equipment and pantry items are properly maintained.
- Perform other office support duties assigned by the management.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
