JOB PROFILE

Bindi International is seeking a dynamic Internal Communications Project Officer to strengthen communication across teams, programs, and locations. The role will support organizational storytelling, internal information flow, staff engagement, and coordination with communication agencies to ensure consistent messaging and strong internal visibility of Bindi’s work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

- Internal Communication Systems

Develop and manage internal newsletters, updates, and announcements

Maintain internal communication channels (email, WhatsApp groups, shared platforms)

Improve information flow between field teams and central team

Support leadership communication across teams

- Coordination with Agencies

Coordinate with external design and communication agencies

Manage communication requests and timelines

Ensure brand and message consistency across materials

- Review drafts and provide feedback

Organizational Storytelling & Documentation

Collect stories, photos, and updates from programs and field teams

Document organizational milestones, events, and program highlights

Support preparation of internal presentations and communication materials

- Events & Campaign Communication





Support communication for organizational events, launches, and campaigns

Develop communication materials for internal events and observances

Strengthen staff engagement through communication initiatives

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 2 years experience in communications / content / NGO communication roles
- Strong writing and editing skills in English
- Ability to coordinate across teams and locations
- Experience working with designers or communication agencies
- Valuable organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to translate field work into clear communication content
- Comfortable using digital communication tools

Preferred

- Experience in social sector / NGO
- Understanding of rural or grassroots programs
- Hindi or other regional language skills
- Basic design sense (Canva or similar)

LOCATION

The position will be based on EMPBindi International Association, Tilonia-Harmada Road, Village Harmada, 305812, District Ajmer, Rajasthan, India

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
